Picture Preview

People who are relocating usually make use of this service as it gives them a feel for the area, as well as a preview of the houses they are really interested in!

A picture preview is a combined effort and involves multiple resources and people:

Here is a list of the process:

• YOU let me know what you are looking for:
  •  Area,
  •  Size (square footage, number of Bedrooms, features, etc.),
  •  Your price range (please be as accurate as possible, $10,000, can make a huge difference in what is available on the market),
• I enter your criteria into my automated search engine.
• My automated search engine emails details regarding available properties, matching your criteria, to you.
• YOU review the properties.
• YOU let me know which houses appeal to you.
• I arrange an appointment with the current owner / tenant.
• I take photo's of the houses you are interested in.
• Then I post them on my Website, and send you the link URL.
• You see Photo's of the houses you are interested in!
• I remove the photo's after ±2 weeks (unless you request them to be on display for longer).

As you can see, this is a time consuming exercise, requiring a lot of co-ordination and effort, therefore I offer two (2)  Picture Previews per client!  

If you find that this method of previewing homes is convenient to you and would like me to continue providing you with Picture Previews, then I need  your commitment and support, and will request you to authorize a buyer/broker agreement (which means that you will make use of my services as a realtor, exclusively in the areas I service).
